These terms apply to bookings, communications, and services provided by Alpaca Adventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile alpaca event service. By booking with us, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the terms below.
We bring live alpacas to your event location for photos, interaction, and entertainment. Alpaca selfies are included at every event. Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability.
Alpaca Adventures may offer SMS and MMS messaging related to booking requests, quotes, appointment scheduling, event confirmations, service updates, customer support, and, if you separately opt in, promotional or marketing updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
A $150 deposit is required to reserve and confirm your date. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance and any applicable fees are due as agreed at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation, deposit, and refund terms for your booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Many events go ahead in a range of conditions, but for the safety and comfort of the animals and guests, we may work with you to adjust timing, relocate to a covered area, or reschedule in the event of severe weather.
Our alpacas are gentle and well cared for. For everyone’s safety, guests agree to follow our team’s instructions during the event. Interactions with the animals are at your and your guests’ own risk, and adults are responsible for supervising children at all times.
We may take photos or video at events for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we not use images from your event, let us know in writing before your event date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpaca Adventures is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
